Here's what you get with the MultiDimensions of Health Program:

MultiDimensions of Health program patients receive a discount on average of 20% for services that are typically covered by insurance, such as office visits.

Discounts for lab work can often be as high as 60%! The amount you will save on the typical annual blood and lab tests would pay for almost your whole year of membership in the MD of Health Program.

Get discounts on IV treatments (which are not covered by insurance). The typical cost of Meyers IV Vitamins in other clinics is $100-150. Keeping them as affordable as possible has always been important to us, and due to the cost of supplies and administration our price has increased to $55. For those in the MD of Health Program, the cost will remain at $45. The regular price for Glutathione has increased as well but will remain the same for those enrolled in the program.

Never heard of this? That's because we've just created this unique system that allows you to get answers to your questions that don't necessarily require an office visit.

Available exclusively to MD of Health program patients, E-visits allow us to document your care more efficiently than with a phone message. Once you've signed up, we'll send you instructions on how and when to use E-visits (we can't listen to your heart over the Internet - yet!)

$15 per e-visit (office visits are $75)
or free simple follow up after an office visit within 24 hours (or next business day)

· Prescription Refill Privileges with E-visit.
Sometimes this works instead of an office visit.
No call in refills. Some restrictions apply.

· Pre-authorization for prescriptions and procedures
Getting pre-authorization from insurance can be laborious with a lot of phone calls, holding, getting through red tape, codes, diagnosis. And it's either that or pay full retail price, often several dollars each for prescription pills when a co-pay might be pennies on the dollar. Sometimes a patient isn't even allowed to call in themselves. You're at the mercy of the system.

We want you to get the best medication for your needs, not juggle your prescription to accomodate your insurance.

When pre-authorization is required, we'll provide this service to MD of Health participants without additional expense. Non participants need to have an office visit to do this.

· Priority scheduling and extended office visits
MD of Health Program members get priority scheduling on office appointments.

Did you know that the average time a doctor spends with a patient is 7 minutes? At Pioneer Clinic our one-on-one time spent with a patient is much longer. MD of Health members will have access to longer appointments which allows us to do more focused office visits when required. That means more questions answered and more in-depth care, without paying any more than you would for 7 minutes somewhere else.

· Easier Paperwork
Insured patients often need to set up a separate office visit to take care of requirements for medical forms and pre-authorizations for some prescriptions and procedures. MultiDimensions of Health members save the cost of those office visits because we include this as another benefit of the MD of Health Program.
